Completely IT, Inc. dba TeamSideline.com (“TeamSideline,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to making its websites, mobile experiences, and end-user-facing platform features usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

TeamSideline develops and updates a sports-management platform used by leagues, clubs, associations, schools, parks and recreation departments, tournament operators, and other organizations. Because the Platform includes both TeamSideline-controlled functionality and content or configurations created by individual Organizations, accessibility responsibilities may differ depending on the feature or content involved.

OUR ACCESSIBILITY APPROACH

TeamSideline seeks to consider recognized accessibility practices and testing methods when designing, developing, maintaining, and evaluating end-user-facing features. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and technology, standards, user needs, and legal requirements continue to evolve.

We may use a combination of automated testing, manual review, user feedback, browser and device testing, and remediation work to identify and address accessibility barriers. The presence of an accessibility feature, testing tool, overlay, widget, or other assistive technology does not by itself guarantee that every page, feature, workflow, document, or third-party integration will be fully accessible in every circumstance.

ORGANIZATION-CONTROLLED CONTENT

TeamSideline Organizations control substantial portions of the content and configuration presented to their users. Examples may include registration questions, text, colors, logos, images, documents, links, forms, schedules, announcements, photographs, video, and other materials uploaded or configured by an Organization or its Administrators.

Each Organization is responsible for the accessibility of the Organization Content and configurations it creates or controls. Administrators should use accessible document formats, meaningful link text, sufficient color contrast, alternative text for informative images, captions or transcripts where appropriate, clear form labels, and other reasonable accessibility practices suited to the content they publish.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT

The TeamSideline Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services, payment processors, maps, videos, documents, app stores, background-check providers, communication tools, or other external resources. TeamSideline does not control the accessibility of independent third-party products or content and cannot guarantee that those services will satisfy a particular accessibility standard or work with every assistive technology.

REPORTING AN ACCESSIBILITY BARRIER

If you encounter difficulty accessing a TeamSideline-controlled feature or believe a TeamSideline page contains an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can review the issue.

When contacting us, please describe the page, feature, or workflow involved; what you were trying to do; the nature of the difficulty; and, if helpful, the browser, device, operating system, or assistive technology you were using. Please do not send sensitive medical information unless it is reasonably necessary to explain the accessibility issue.

REQUESTS CONCERNING AN ORGANIZATION

If the accessibility concern relates primarily to content, forms, documents, colors, images, media, policies, or other materials created or selected by a league, club, school, parks department, tournament operator, or other TeamSideline customer, you may also need to contact that Organization directly. TeamSideline may work with the Organization when appropriate to help identify whether a reported issue involves the Platform or Organization-controlled content.

ALTERNATIVE ACCESS

Where reasonably practicable, TeamSideline may work to provide an alternative method of access to a TeamSideline-controlled feature while a reported accessibility issue is being evaluated or remediated. The availability and form of any alternative method will depend on the feature, the nature of the barrier, and the circumstances.

This Accessibility Statement describes TeamSideline’s current accessibility approach and is not a certification that the Platform, every Organization website, every mobile feature, or every item of third-party or Organization Content conforms to a particular technical standard in all respects. TeamSideline may update accessibility features and practices as its technology, services, standards, and legal obligations evolve.

CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT

We may revise this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, accessibility practices, technology, or applicable requirements. The “Last Updated” date above identifies the most recent revision.
