TeamSideline Raise lets your league run crowdfunding campaigns and peer-to-peer fundraisers without a separate fundraising platform. Create a campaign, share its donation page, and collect card donations through the payment gateway your organization already uses for registration. It's included in every TeamSideline plan.

Donation Pages That Represent Your Organization
Every campaign gets a mobile-friendly donation page with your own look and story: your banner image, campaign title, and description, a progress bar toward your goal, a list of recent supporters, and share buttons for copying the link, Facebook, X, and email.
Easy for Donors to Give
Giving takes a few taps. Offer preset amounts with optional labels, such as "$50 Silver" or "$1,000 Diamond," plus an optional custom amount, optional anonymous giving, and an optional message for the organization. Card payments run through the Payrix gateway your organization already uses for registration.
Receipts and Donation Notices
Donors and organizers both stay informed. Every donation triggers an automatic email receipt, registered nonprofits can include their 501(c)(3) tax details on receipts, and a notice of every donation goes to the email address you choose.
One Dashboard for Every Campaign
Monitor your fundraising without leaving TeamSideline. See total raised, total donors, active campaigns, and average donation, filter campaigns by All, Active, Draft, or Ended, follow a feed of recent donations, and create or copy a campaign in a click. A Donations Dashboard and a P2P Dashboard help you reconcile funds and track players.
Share the Work with the Right People
Raise includes a Fundraiser role for staff or volunteers who manage fundraising but don't need full administrator access.

Raise is part of TeamSideline, not a separate platform to buy, learn, or reconcile. It lives in your admin menu, and it works with the payment gateway you already use.
FAQs
Does Raise cost extra?
No. Raise is included in every TeamSideline plan.
Do donors need a TeamSideline account?
No. Supporters can donate from any phone or computer without an account.
What's the difference between Crowdfunding and Peer-to-Peer?
Crowdfunding uses one public donation page that your organization shares. Peer-to-Peer gives each participating player a personal page, so players and their families can share it with their own friends and relatives. Donations to a player count toward both the player's goal and the campaign total.
What do we need to get started?
Raise in your admin menu, a Payrix payment gateway set up in TeamSideline, and the Administrator or Fundraiser role. Peer-to-Peer campaigns also need a Youth Registration or Youth Camp Registration program with teams set up in divisions.
Can donors pay by cash or check?
Donors pay by credit or debit card. Cash and check donations can't be recorded in Raise.
Do receipts include tax information?
Donors receive an automatic email receipt. If your organization is a registered nonprofit, your receipts can include your 501(c)(3) tax details.
Who on my team can manage fundraising?
Administrators can, and so can anyone you assign the Fundraiser role, which is designed for staff and volunteers who need Raise but not full administrator access.
