Text and Email Communications

A TeamSideline Site makes communication lists for you automatically.  Just click the root of a communication branch, or, expand any list to select different branches in your league management software.  You can blast out to everyone, to specific individuals, or any group branch in between.  For example, when you expand a Roster list, you can choose to send communications to everyone, or specific divisions, or specific teams, or specific players.  Holding a Coaches only meeting?  Just click the Team Staff role(s) you want to send a communication to.  Each contact gets their own copy of the communication keeping everyone’s email address private.

In a hurry?  Is it a last-minute communication or alert about schedule changes? Include a text with your blast.  You can also save time by creating a communication template – then just choose the list, grab the template, and click Send Now.

Using your Team Site and need to quickly tell the Team about a change?  Send a chat message for notifications to automatically display on your Teams phones.

Want to only send a communication to people who registered in a previous program but have not registered in your current program?  Just click the Advanced Communications tab to select any previous program, select the current program you want to send a communication about, and have the system automatically remove people from the communication if they have already registered in your current program.

The Communication Logs pages enable you to see past communications from your Site, from the system (Order Confirmations for example), or from Team Sites.  You can drill down to get “Read” and “Click” tracking data as well.
